Operational Twin | AI Predictive Analytics for Buildings | Virtual Viewing
MiHub · Operational Twin

It tells you what is about to fail, and what it will cost if you wait.

The UK's most advanced AI predictive analytics platform. The Operational Twin turns O&Ms, BIM, BMS, energy, compliance and live operational data into a single intelligence layer — detecting faults, forecasting failures, quantifying energy waste and ranking what to do next by consequence rather than by ticket age.

World-leading AI, built in Britain

Reactive maintenance is the most expensive way to run a building.

Voice activation

Ask the building what is wrong

Voice activation lets an engineer talk to the estate. Ask what is wrong, or what the top five risks are right now, and it answers — then suggests what to do about each one.

Because the AI is trained on your own O&Ms, the guidance it gives is the manufacturer's procedure for your plant, not generic advice.

What are my top five risks today?
Ranked by consequence: CRAC-04 compressor drift, UPS-2 battery string ageing, chilled-water valve hunting on Level 3, an overdue statutory inspection in Plant Room B, and 11% avoidable cooling load from an overridden schedule.
Walk me through CRAC-04.
The engine

Four things it does continuously

Not a monthly report. The engine runs against live feeds and re-ranks its own recommendations as the building changes.

Fault detection & diagnostics

An alarm tells you something happened. FDD tells you why.

BMS alarms fire in their thousands and get muted. Our FDD layer correlates readings across systems, discounts the noise and returns a diagnosis: which asset, which probable cause, what it is costing per week, and what to check first.

Because every fault resolves to an asset in the Digital Twin, the engineer arrives with the O&M, the service history and the drawing already open.

Compliance module

Compliance that watches itself

The same engine runs across the Compliance module. Rather than a register someone remembers to check, expiries, overdue inspections and gaps in evidence are detected, escalated and weighted alongside every other risk in the building.

A fault that carries statutory exposure is ranked accordingly — so compliance stops competing with maintenance for attention and becomes part of the same prioritised list.
