Every document, asset and drawing, held in the shape of the building itself.
The Digital Twin is the record layer of MiHub — an interactive, navigable model of your asset where O&Ms, plant data, warranties and live dashboards sit exactly where they belong. No folder trees, no version guessing, no six-week handover hunt.
What sits inside the twin
Each layer is addressable on its own and connected to the rest — click a plant room, get its assets, its documents and its live readings together.

Read the building without opening a spreadsheet
Dashboards are built on the same model, so a figure is never orphaned from the asset that produced it. Energy, occupancy, compliance status and open works all resolve back to a location you can click.
Views are role-shaped: an FM lead, a sustainability manager and a board director each get the same truth at the depth they need.

The golden thread, held as a record rather than a promise
The Compliance module sits on the Digital Twin, so every certificate, inspection and statutory document is attached to the asset and the location it belongs to — evidence you can produce on demand, not reconstruct on request.
Building Safety Act duties, fire and life-safety records, and the O&M information a responsible person must be able to hand over all live in one auditable place, with change history intact.
The twin is the foundation. The intelligence sits on top.
Once the asset is modelled and the data is connected, the Operational Twin starts predicting — faults, energy drift, lifecycle spend.
